Shipping costs for orders from menique depend upon the delivery method. Standard registered shipping is for $4.95 and free for orders above $75. Express shipping is for $9.95 and free for orders above $150.If you are in a hurry, we always recommend you to choose the Express delivery option.

Orders placed on menique for delivery to the USAwith a value of under $800 are imported duty-free, and there are no taxesupon delivery.

European Union orders are always duty-free.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country, we are not able to supply the cost. Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import charges before you order from us.

No. We can only deliver to valid residential or commercial addresses.

You do not need to have an account to place an order. However, having an account can save your time at checkout as it saves your address and payment details for future purchases.

🎁EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

We understand that the holiday season comes with the joy of gift-giving, and sometimes the ideal gift might need a little extra time. For purchases made between Nov 17 - Dec 31, returns are accepted until January 31st.

If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately with your order number and details about the product. You are more than welcome to return your item within 30 days from when you receive it.

Our Support team will provide you with the necessary details regarding the return of your goods. Please contact us, indicating the items you would like to return and the reason.

If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will process your return on the same day we receive your items, once it has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order.

Merino wool.Always machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, and with similar colors. Do not tumble dry and make sure that when ironing you use a low temperature. Never use bleaches or softeners.

Linen. Machine wash in lukewarm or cold water on gentle cycle or linen wash setting, and with similar colors. Never use bleaches or softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry for the best results. No iron necessary – enjoy the natural creases and crumples. However, if you still want an item pressed, use a medium-hot iron on the steam setting.

Yes. The best way to be sure is to send us information on the product and we can let you know when we might expect more back in.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainable clothing all menique linen products are made once you place your order. They are hand cut and then sewed by highly experienced seamstresses. This method decreases the wastage of fabric and of finished garments.

All of our linen designs are handcrafted by our craftsman. An approximate time estimate for a linen garment production would be up to 3 weeks.

Yes. Depending on the season, we can make basic changes that do not require changing the sewing pattern. We can change the sleeve length and the total length of a garment. Please note, all customizations might be chargeable and will be subjected to the season and received inquiries.

All of our products are made, manufactured, and designed in Europe, more specifically, in Lithuania, Kaunas.

We recommend looking at the actual fabric by ordering a samples swatch. We do our best to represent products as precisely as possible online but can’t guarantee a color will display accurately on your computer screen.
